Speaking to journalists shortly after picking his forms, Mayanja said that he will still support Kyagulanyi.

Mayanja said that "I want people to know that NUP might have its ambitions, but I also have mine. I will not disrespect my people, and I will not disobey God who enables us in all we do."

"I am still a freedom fighter, and I am still going to support Bobi Wine," Mayanja added.

Mayanja said," You keep saying that government has made it hard for you to work, has it also stopped you from bringing investors? I want to clear all this mess."
